- Has at least 2 years of extensive experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, catering, and in room dining management required
- Holding HACCP certificate
- Holding Food Handler & Food Safety certificate
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Proficient in Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office, and Hotel Property Management System (PMS) / Power Pro Hotel System
- Costumer oriented with great interpersonal, communication, and presentation skill
- Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situation
